We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Our Security Policy

Refunds & Exchanges

Returned Merchandise – Please follow all instructions below when returning merchandise:

  1. The customer is responsible to pay shipping costs on all returned items.
  2. When PayPal is used as a payment option, the customer is responsible for fees associated with returns/refunds.
  3. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  4. Items must be in “like new” condition.
    1. Items not in “like new” condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% or more depending on the state of the item returned.
    2. A copy of your original invoice is required.
      1. If you are unable to supply a copy of the invoice, please contact us and we may be able to get you a new copy.
      2. We are unable to accept returns on any hazardous materials.
      3. Snohomish Bee Company is not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged. Please keep a copy of your tracking information, and it is recommended you include shipping insurance when returning items to us.

Exchanges-   Please follow all instructions when sending back an item for exchange:

  1. The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs on all returned products as well as the shipping on any new item sent in exchange.
  2. When PayPal is used as a payment option, the customer is responsible for fees associated with returns/refunds.
  3. The customer is responsible to pay any cost differences for products exchanged.
  4. Exchanges must be made in within 30 days of receipt.
  5. Items must be in “like new” condition.
    1. Items not in “like new” condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% or more depending on the state of the item returned. This may affect any additional balance due on the item you would like to receive in exchange.
    2. A copy of your original invoice is required.
      1. If you are unable to supply the invoice, please contact us and we may be able to get you a new copy.
      2. We are unable to take any exchanges on items purchased directly through Amazon.com or any other 3rd party.
      3. Snohomish Bee Company is not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged. Please keep a copy of your tracking information, and it is recommended you include shipping insurance when returning items to us.

Replacing Damaged or Wrong Merchandise – If items arrive damaged or the wrong merchandise was sent, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

When a situation occurs where Snohomish Bee Company is shipping another product to you as replacement for damaged or incorrect product and we request the damaged or incorrect item be returned, Snohomish Bee Co. will include a return shipping label, inside the replacement package, that will expire 30 days after it is issued. The full price of any items not returned within 30 days of the receipt of your replacement order will be charged to your credit card that was used on your original purchase. These charges will not be refunded until we receive your return.

Honey bee Packages

We do NOT ship honey bees or queens, all honey bee purchases must be picked on the date agreed provided on the product page.

The dates provided are only an estimation as factors beyond our control can cause delays in delivery.

Our honey bee package prices include a $5.00 refundable cage deposit, it will be at our sole discretion on the condition of the package when returning, if it qualifies for the refund. Damaged cages to include the screen or wooden box structure will not be granted a refund.

Package order changes are free until March 1st of the current year, there will be a 25% fee after March 1st until March 31st. There will be no order changes/refunds after April 1st of the current year.
